Setting up ethernet in a pre-wired home

Hello,

I recently bought a house that is wired for ethernet but I am unsure how to set up the internet connection. I have located the wiring panel in my master bedroom closet (pictures included). Based on my research, I understand that I need a network switch but I am unsure how to set it up with my modem, router, and the panel. Can I get a little help?

Please look at these screenshots and tell me if its safe to go ahead with this because truth be told,please help me out, i did a lot of research about it on internet but couldn't find the proper answer so please help me out ?
