Anybody Making Desposition Videos? Question for you.

Well im facing this problem...
My state requires a date/time stamp including seconds. What camcorder do you use for legal depositions? Does it burn in a timestamp that is in hh/mm/ss format?



Not looking for a hack, or software solution, or vague info. Looking for brand and model number of a pro camcorder now on the market that will do what I need.

Please look at these screenshots and tell me if its safe to go ahead with this because truth be told,please help me out, i did a lot of research about it on internet but couldn't find the proper answer so please help me out ?
